Usage:

Gluten-free Bread Mix :300 g

Water (Warm) :350 ml

Yeast :5 Grams Instant Dry Yeast-Or 15 Grams Fresh Yeast

Olive Oil :1 Tablespoon (25 Ml)

All Ingredients are Kneaded with a Mixer for 3-4 Minutes. The Dough is Put in a Greased Mold. 1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil is Poured on it and Spread in the Mold.

Resting: Covered for 50-60 minutes

Oven Temperature: 180-185 degrees

Cooking Time: 50-60 minutes.
