Water (Warm): 350 Ml
Yeast: 5 Grams Instant Dry Yeast-Or 15 Grams Fresh Yeast
Olive Oil: 1 Tablespoon (25 Ml)
All Ingredients are Kneaded with a Mixer for 3-4 Minutes. The Dough is Placed in a Greased Mold. Pour 1 tablespoon of olive oil on it and spread it in the mold.
Rest: Covered for 50-60 minutes
Oven temperature: 180-185 degrees
Cooking time: 50-60 minutes.
