QUINOA GRAIN

It is one of the most sought-after popular health foods. It is rich in protein and is one of the few plant foods that contains all nine essential amino acids in sufficient amounts. Quinoa is also rich in fiber, magnesium, B vitamins, iron, potassium, calcium, phosphorus, vitamin E and various beneficial antioxidants. It is produced in our facilities both roasted and raw. You can use quinoa in both sweet and savory recipes. For example, you can make a savory quinoa and vegetable salad topped with cheese and grilled chicken. Or you can make a sweet breakfast with cooked quinoa, coconut milk, fresh fruit, walnuts, cinnamon and a drop of honey.
