TEFF GRAIN

Teff, (Eragrostis tef) is an annual cereal grass cultivated for thousands of years for its tiny nutritious seeds. Teff is native to Ethiopia and Eritrea, where it is a staple food for millions of people, and has grown in popularity elsewhere as a gluten-free health food. It has a slightly nutty flavor.
